第５章
第1項
（運営方針の決定）本委員会では，毎年度総会において，当年度ICU祭の方針を定め，全学からその承認を得なければならない。
第2項
（運営方針の承認）前項における当年度ICU祭開催の運営方針の承認は，本学に在籍する全学生の過半数の署名によって得られるものとする。
CHAPTER 5: Holding of the ICU Festival
Article 1: The Committee must determine its operation policy and have it ratified from the student body annually.
Article 2: The operations policy stated bellow shall be ratified by the signatures from the majority of the entire student body.
