2020年度のICU祭は新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の影響により，残念ながら開催することができませんでした。今年度は，ICU祭を復活させたいという委員一人一人の強い意志のもと，コロナ禍でも安心・安全にICU祭をお楽しみいただけるように感染症対策を徹底しております。まず，開催形態をオンラインとオフラインを交えたハイブリット形式で実施します。また，来場者はICU生を始めとする学内の方に限定させていただきます。本来ならば，地域の皆様をお招きして日頃の感謝を伝えたり，保護者の皆様に大学でのお子様の活躍を直接見て頂いたりしたいところではありますが，感染症拡大，また感染症の集団感染を防ぐため断腸の思いで決断いたしました。どうぞご理解ください。なお，オンラインではどなた様もご覧いただけます。さらに，感染症の拡大やその他社会情勢に応じたオフライン企画の収容人数等の対応についても基準を定めております。詳しくは，こちらをご参照ください。
In consideration of the current situation with the COVID-19, the ICU Festival was unfortunately cancelled in 2020. This year, we are making an effort to prevent and minimize the spread of the Covid-19 so that you can enjoy the ICU Festival safely. First of all, we have decided to run the ICU festival as “hybrid mode,” combining online and in-person activities. Also, the guests will be limited to students, staff, and faculty of ICU. Normally, we show gratitude to the neighbors of the ICU and show the student’s activities to their parents by having the ICU Festival. As much as we want to do it, we have decided for all of our safety. Thank you for your kind understanding. You can join the ICU Festival online. Additionally, we have set the criteria for in-person activities, such as the number of visitors allowed in a room.
