ICU祭はICU祭実行委員会規約に基づき，年度ごとに当委員会が定めた運営方針を全学の過半数が署名という形で承認しなければ開催できません。ICU祭実行委員会は例年4月に構内で署名活動を行ってきましたが，今年度も新型コロナウイルスの流行が続いているため，4月8日(木)からオンラインで署名を集めることにいたしました。学部生の皆様のご協力をお願いいたします。
The ICU Festival cannot be held unless a majority of the ICU students approve the management policy set by the ICU Festival Committee in the form of signature in accordance with the Committee rules. The ICU Festival Committee has been collecting signatures on campus every April. However, this year we have decided to collect signatures online because of the pandemic from April 8 on Thursday.
